Get Trained, Save a Life!

If you find yourself faced with the responsibility of giving CPR in an emergency, you will most likely be trying to save the life of someone you love: a child, a spouse, a parent or a friend. 70 percent of out-of-hospital cardiac arrests happen in homes. Unfortunately, only about 46% of people who experience an out-of-hospital cardiac arrest get the immediate help that they need before professional help arrives.

More than 12,000 children ages 0-to-19 die from accidental injuries each year, and more than 9.2 million are treated in the ER for nonfatal injuries, according to the Centers for Disease control. Those frightening statistics are overwhelming for both child care providers and parents alike who want to keep their children safe and healthy. Because of these statistics, child care providers and teachers are required to be CPR and First Aid trained every two years. This training is offered monthly at Networx Training Academy. Vist the website to check dates, times and costs for this Red Cross approved training in First Aid / CPR / AED. https://www.networxllc.net/first-aid-cpr-aed
