Professionalism in early childhood education goes beyond appearance and policies—it is about upholding a high standard of excellence, integrity, and ethical responsibility. This course is designed to help early childhood educators understand and embody professionalism through ethical decision-making, role modeling, and continuous learning. Rooted in the NAEYC Code of Ethical Conduct, this training will explore the importance of fostering a positive, respectful, and developmentally appropriate environment for children, families, and colleagues. Participants will gain insights into ethical dilemmas, professional boundaries, and strategies for lifelong learning to enhance their effectiveness as educators.
