Policies and Procedures
Networx LLC is a State and Registry approved Early Childhood Training and Consulting Company. Our courses are developed and taught by individuals who are experienced in Early Childhood Development and who are knowledgeable about adult learning theory and presentation. Our instructors/trainers use a variety of teaching methods and teaching strategies when teaching our courses. They are also able to assess the participant’s attainment of the learning objectives. After each training/course, participants are offered the opportunity to complete an evaluation about their experience. Those evaluations are used to measure the success of the instructors/trainers and the course materials.
Courses at Networx may be taken face-to-face/blended, on-line/Home Study or mail order/Home Study distance learning. For online courses, participants will need to have basic internet access, the ability to open PDF/Word files and view videos (mainly YouTube videos) through our website. Distance Learning students will also need a computer with internet access to view assigned videos on email PDF and word doc. and YouTube. A printer may also be required to print out and send in documents. Documents may alternatively be emailed in via attachments.
Assignment are to be returned to us via U.S. mail or Email. If emailing, you may need to compress the file first. If mailing or shipping your assignments, you will need to send by registered or certified mail so that you can provide proof of delivery should there be a need. Copies of the assignments should also be retained by customers in case of lose of damage. Networx will not be responsible for lost or damaged work during mail/shipping delivery.
Enrollment and Payment Options
In order to enroll in courses at Networx, customers must make a full payment plus shipping and handling, if applicable, and complete the registration form. Registration can be completed either online or by mailing in a paper registration form. Payment+Registration=Enrollment
Participants may enroll for classes on-line at or by U.S. mail. Acceptable forms of payment are: on-line credit or debit card payment, money order or cashier’s check. No personal checks are accepted and will be returned.
*Distance Learning: When taking courses as distance learning, you have two options.
Option#1: On-line/Home Study: You will receive an email with the online classroom passwords. This online classroom will contain all of the materials necessary to successfully complete the course. The email will arrive to you within 24 hours of receiving your payment and completed registration form.
Option#2: Mail order/Home Study: The class materials will be mailed to your home or business address. You will receive your materials within 7-10 business days of payment and registration. Shipping and Handling charges will apply to these orders.
All courses, whether online or home study distance learning courses, are to be completed within 30 days of enrollment. For students ordering multiple courses at once, you will have 30 days for each course. Students may email a request for an extension up to 30 more days (one 30 day extension is permitted for course packages). Completed materials should be emailed to: , or mailed to the PO Box below. Once the course is successfully completed, you will receive a certificate of completion which will be emailed within 7-10 business days.
