Return Policy/Drop Policy:
Online Classes/Correspondence: Once you have enrolled in the course, you have two (2) days, after you receive your materials links, to drop the class and will receive a 50% refund. There are no refunds after the third day. If materials were mailed via the U.S. Postal system, all materials must be returned before receiving a 50% refund. Materials must be received within 5 business days and must be in the original condition.
Face to Face/Blended Classes: Once enrolled in the class, you must notify us by email that you wish to drop out of the program/course. If we are notified at least ten (10) days prior to the start of class, you will receive a full refund. There will be a 50% refund if dropped seven (7) prior to start of class. No refunds are given when dropping the class less than seven days prior to the start of class. There are no refunds or adjustments for failure to complete the courses/program successfully. For the 8 or 11 week programs, there will be no credit or certificates provided for any one course until the entire program is paid in full. This includes text book rental fees that are unpaid.
In-Service/Professional Development/Consulting Services: A 50% deposit is required to secure your date. Once payment has been made, customer must cancel training event/consulting at least 5 days prior to the start of the date to receive a refund of deposit. If cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the event, no refunds are provided. There are no refunds or adjustments to the invoice for missing or absent staff members. There will be adjustments in the invoice for additional staff that are present during the training.
