Beginning June 2024, the Wisconsin State Department of Children and Families, in conjunction with the Wisconsin Registry, mandates changes to our curriculum that align with their vision for a more dynamic learning experience. As we navigate this transition, we are eager to share the details of how Networx Training Academy is not only meeting but exceeding these new requirements. These changes are for the foundational/Entry Level Courses only (Introduction to the Child Care Profession, Skills and Strategies for the Child Care Teacher, Fundamentals of Infant and Toddler Care, Fundamentals of Family Child Care)
Transitioning from Correspondence to Dynamic Learning Modes: In response to state directives, Networx Training Academy is moving away from correspondence classes. Commencing June 2024, our courses will be exclusively offered in two dynamic formats: face-to-face and online/blended option that melds the best of both face-to-face and online learning.
Embracing Face-to-Face Interaction:
The inclusion of face-to-face classes underscores our commitment to building meaningful connections within our learning community. In-person interactions bring a unique energy and engagement, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and the cultivation of lasting professional relationships.
Blended Face-to-Face/Online Classes:
Networx Training Academy will be exclusively offering the blended format at this time. This hybrid model combines the advantages of both face-to-face and online learning, striking a balance between flexibility and the valuable interpersonal connections inherent in in-person classes.
Continued Commitment to Quality Education: Amid these changes, Networx Training Academy remains resolute in delivering the highest quality training and education. Our experienced instructors will continue to provide engaging and informative content, empowering participants in their professional journeys.
Support Every Step of the Way: Change, although challenging, is an inevitable part of growth. Networx Training Academy is committed to supporting participants through this transition. Our dedicated team stands ready to assist and guide individuals, ensuring a smooth and successful adaptation to the new curriculum formats.
Exciting times lie ahead at Networx Training Academy as we navigate these progressive changes mandated by the state. We invite our participants to embark on this journey with us, confident that the enhancements will elevate their learning experience. Together, let's continue to grow, learn, and thrive in the ever-evolving field of Early Childhood development!
Keep in mind that our continuing education classes will remain available in online/correspondence format. A comprehensive class list can be found on our website. Networx Training Academy offers a diverse array of class topics to meet your yearly professional development hour requirements, ensuring that your educational journey aligns seamlessly with your career aspirations.
